Transcription services

Transcription services in the Cayman Islands

We provide transcription services to law firms, financial institutions, businesses, and individuals in the Cayman Islands and beyond. As the only dedicated local provider, we combine in-house expertise with the precision that legal and regulatory proceedings demand.

All work is completed in-house using offline, encrypted workflows — no cloud processing, no third-party handling. Whether you need a strict verbatim record of a Grand Cayman court hearing, a clean transcript of a deposition, or timestamped audio for evidentiary purposes, we work to your required format and turnaround. We serve clients across a broad range of matters, including commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory proceedings, depositions, and financial dispute resolution.

Transcription formats

We offer three core formats to suit the nature and intended use of your recording. All formats are available with optional timestamping — request this when submitting your enquiry.

Strict verbatim

Every utterance captured exactly as spoken — including stutters, false starts, coughs, and non-verbal sounds where material. Provides an exact, word-for-word representation of the recording.

Common questions

How is confidentiality handled?

All transcription is completed in-house by our own team. We do not use cloud-based transcription software or pass work to third parties. Files are handled within offline, encrypted workflows from receipt through to delivery.

What audio formats do you accept?

We accept all common audio and video formats, including MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, and MOV. If you have a recording in another format, contact us and we will confirm compatibility before you submit.

What turnaround options are available?

Standard, priority, and same-day turnaround options are available depending on audio length and current capacity. Turnaround times are confirmed at the point of enquiry. Rush orders are accommodated where possible — contact us to discuss.

Do you transcribe multi-speaker recordings?

Yes. Speaker identification and differentiation is included as standard where speakers are distinguishable. For recordings with poor audio quality or a high number of speakers, we will advise on feasibility when you submit your enquiry.

Transcription is often required alongside other legal support services. We also offer court reporting, translation and interpreting, and document preparation — either independently or as part of a broader engagement.

Ready to submit a transcription?

Tell us about your project — the nature of the recording, your required format, and any turnaround constraints — and we will follow up to confirm pricing and next steps. For urgent or time-sensitive matters, emailing us directly is the quickest way to reach us
